This policy describes how the personal data of users who visit this site and of those who use the contact form is processed, pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Bulzoni NCC, reachable by email at robertoncc1@gmail.com or by phone at +39 348 658 4061.

2. Data collected and purposes of processing

Through the "Check Availability" form on the site, the following data may be collected, voluntarily provided by the user:

• full name;
• phone number and, optionally, email address;
• date, time, pickup location and destination of the requested service;
• number of passengers and any additional information entered in the message field.

This data is processed exclusively to respond to the availability request and to organise the requested transport service.

3. How the form submission works

This website has no server that receives or stores form data. When submitted, the data entered is used only to compose a pre-filled message that the user chooses to send to the driver via WhatsApp. Any further processing of that message (delivery, storage in the chat) is then carried out through the WhatsApp application, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), according to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the data subject's consent, given by voluntarily submitting their data (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and on the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, such as checking availability for a transport service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Data retention

Data received via WhatsApp, phone or email is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting relationship with the client, and in any case not beyond the terms set by applicable tax and civil law.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you may at any time request, by contacting the Data Controller at the details above:

• access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
• erasure of your data, where applicable (Art. 17 GDPR);
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
• objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) — if you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law.

7. Data security

This site does not use profiling cookies, nor does it transmit the data entered in the form to any third-party server: the data stays on the user's device until they choose to send it via WhatsApp. The fonts used by the site are hosted locally and involve no transmission of data to external services.

8. Changes to this policy

The Data Controller may update this policy over time. Any changes will be published on this page along with the date of the last update.
